Oilfield Development Specialists was established in 2003 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The founder, Dr. Luis F. Quintero, president and team leader, knew that the key to success in the industry would be to deliver the highest quality consultancy service at competitive prices. To achieve this, ODS began employing an extraordinary, interdisciplinary team of skilled people with international experience.

ODS is headquartered in Houston, and our team works throughout the world. The professionals average 20 years experience in the industry with successful careers in major companies such as Exxon, Chevron, Halliburton, PDVSA, Schlumberger and more.
